Hi, I'm Purabi, a Clinical Nutritionist with an M.Sc. in Nutrition & Dietetics and over 8 years of experience helping individuals improve their health through evidence-based nutrition.
My approach is built on a simple belief: nutrition should fit your life, not take over it. I also believe that lasting health is built through consistency, not perfection. Rather than chasing quick fixes or restrictive diets, I focus on practical, sustainable strategies that work with your lifestyle and support long-term well-being.
Throughout my career, I've worked across clinical practice, femcare startups, and performance nutrition, helping shape nutrition protocols and deliver evidence-based, individualized care. My experience also extends to working with athletes from organizations such as Guns for Glory Academy, domestic cricket athletes, and tennis academies, giving me a strong understanding of how nutrition can influence both health and performance.

To ensure my practice stays rooted in current scientific evidence, I have pursued additional training as an ACSM Certified Sports Nutritionist, completed the Monash University Low FODMAP Diet Certification, and earned certification in Functional Nutrition through IAFM.
Today, my work centres around translating complex nutrition science into simple, actionable steps that people can realistically follow. Whether it's understanding blood reports, improving metabolic health, or building habits that support hormonal balance and overall wellness, my goal is to empower clients with knowledge while providing guidance that is personalized, practical, and evidence-based.
I know that navigating health information can be overwhelming. My aim is to be the professional who helps you cut through the noise, understand your body better, and make informed decisions with confidence; without fear, guilt, or unnecessary restriction.
